Title: Mt. Irvine Bay Hotel & Golf Club - Trinidad & Tobago
The 1994 Caribbean Resort of the Year as voted by Lifestyle and Travel magazine, the Mount Irvine Golf Club had fallen into disrepair over many years. This former host of the famous Johnnie Walker Invitational and Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf retained Kipp Schulties to develop a program of much needed improvements to the golf course (yet to be implemented).
The master plan for the redevelopment of the property is still awaiting implementation.
