Middle Bay Golf Club retained the services of Kipp Schulties to develop a long range plan during the summer of 2000. The plan is being implemented in small stages with the most recent work completed during the spring of 2007.

Set along the southern banks of Long Island, Middle Bay has been one of the centerpieces of the Oceanside community for more than 50 years. Designed by renowned golf course architect Alfred Tull in 1964, Middle Bay retained the services of Kipp Schulties in 2000 to develop a long range program of course improvements. Each year, small portions of that plan are implemented which are expected to culminate with a formal renovation of the golf course in the future.
