     Title: St. Croix Golf Amenity - St. Croix, US Virgin Islands

Current plans are to develop a one-of-a-kind golf practice facility along the oceanfront on the south shoreline of the island of St. Croix.  This project is being designed in tandem with 1991 British Open champion Ian Baker-Finch.  The practice facility is just the first stage of what will eventually be an entire 18 hole golf course and residential development.

Current plans are to develop a one-of-a-kind golf practice facility along the oceanfront on the south shoreline of the island of St. Croix.  This project is being designed in tandem with 1991 British Open champion Ian Baker-Finch.  The practice facility is just the first stage of what will eventually be an entire 18 hole golf course and residential development. The facility, initially, will service approximately 20 estate lots and will contain a beach club and fitness amenities. The golf portion will contain circular driving range, 18 hole putting course, chipping areas, three matrix golf holes, teaching studios and clubhouse.  It is anticipated that Baker-Finch and Schulties will follow this up with a new 18 hole golf course shortly after this project is completed.
