     Title: Dolphin Reef - Jacksonville, Florida

Construction of this new nine-hole par three, driving range and practice center is a joint venture between a Miami-based real estate developer and Jacksonville University.  The 1,000 unit development and the university will share use of this semi-private upscale facility that will be home of the Jacksonville University Dolphin golf team.

This golf amenity is being built along 2,500 linear feet of prime St. Johns Riverfront overlooking downtown Jacksonville. Located on the grounds of Jacksonville University, the project is the creation of a Miami-based development group that is building nearly 1,000 residential units along the bluff that will overlook the river, the golf course and a 200 slip private marina.  The projected 3.2 million dollar golf course includes elevation changes of nearly 30 feet combined with a mixture of sand dunes, native scrub, marshlands, and mature oak trees.  This golf amenity will also serve as the home practice facility for the JU Dolphin golf team.  Plans were completed as of early 2007, but the project is in a holding pattern until the residential real estate market improves.
