Lost Tree Club - North Palm Beach, FL
Lost Tree Club, located on the northern end of Singer Island in North Palm Beach, Florida, is home for the legendary Jack Nicklaus. Kipp Schulties was retained by Lost Tree Club in 2001 to work in tandem with Jack Nicklaus on the complete redesign of the golf course during the summer of 2002.

Kipp Schulties served as Lost Tree Club’s design consultant and project coordinator in tandem with Jack Nicklaus for this major reconstruction on Nicklaus' home golf course in Florida. Schulties was directly involved with Nicklaus Design on the grading and shaping of the golf course while also handling all other design services. Responsibilities also included the management of all permitting, engineering, landscaping and project accounting for the 6.5 million dollar project. Schulties considered this 18-hole private-club project on the Atlantic Ocean a great experience to share design responsibilities, not with Nicklaus Design, but with Jack himself who toured the project many times each week. Lost Tree Club was completed in the summer of 2002.
