Addison Reserve Country Club - Delray Beach, FL
Addison Reserve Country Club is one of the truly elite golf course/residential communities in all of South Florida. Originally constructed in 1995, the signature Arthur Hills designed golf course was lacking in visual character and definition while in need of greens and irrigation upgrade. The Club contracted with Kipp Schulties in 2005 to develop the golf course master plan that was implemented during the summer of 2007.

Set amongst an entire community of elite million dollar properties, Schulties redesigned the features of this 10 year old 27 hole Arthur Hills Signature Course during the summer of 2007. The 3.5 million dollar project included all new greens, tees, bunkers, landscaping, irrigation and drainage improvements. Widely considered a great overall improvement to the playability, character and visual appeal of the courses, plans are already moving forward to renovate/redesign the balance of the golf course (fairways, and roughs) within the next three years.
