Indian Spring Country Club - Boynton Beach, FL

Indian Spring Country Club is master planned community that contains 36 holes of championship golf and over 500 residential units.  The Club contracted with Kipp Schulties in 2002 to develop a master plan for the eventual redesign and redevelopment of both golf courses.  This plan was implemented during the summers of 2004 and 2005.

The 36 hole Karl Litton designed facility had worn down after more than 35 years of use.  The club had major problems with nearly every component on the golf course including drainage, irrigation, greens, bunkers, tees and grass contamination.  During the calender year of 2002, Kipp Schulties worked with the Club's renovation committee to develop plans for the redesign of all 36 holes.  The plan was approved by the membership in the fall of 2003 and construction commenced on the East golf course in the spring of 2004.  The West course was reconstructed during the summer of 2005 providing the Club with 36 new holes of golf in a timely fashion and within budget even while the Club experienced three major hurricanes during the two year construction window.
