Current Projects

A master plan for the redesign of a 30-year-old private club has been completed. Plans are to turn one of the 18-hole championship courses into a short player friendly par 70 layout with 24 acres of the former regulation-length layout being made available for residential lot sales. The expected $16 million dollars raised from the land sale will go toward two new Kipp Schulties designed golf courses, a new fitness center and clubhouse renovations. The new 18-hole West Course will be built in 2010 and the redesigned championship East Course in 2012.
