In 1999, Westview Country Club had reached a point where the members either had to rebuild their historic landmark property or close the doors.  The club assessed the members enough to buy the land outright and then provide golf course architect Kipp Schulties with 2 million dollars to try and pump some life back into the worn down golf course during the summer of 2000.

The Highlander Golf Club is located more than 300 feet above the majestic Columbia River gorge in East Wenatchee, Washington.  The Scottish links style golf course with its spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and plateaus was only marginally completed when it was purchased by current owner Brad Selland.  Kipp Schulties was retained in 2003 to develop a plan that would improve the overall playability and character of the golf course.

Kipp Schulties maintains an on-going relationship with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes, California to consult on a two separate golf developments that have been planned within the City limits.  Those two developments are the Trump International Golf Club (Los Angeles) and the Terranea Resort at Long Point.

Don Shula's Hotel and Golf Club is a resort, golf and hotel complex on the northwest side of Miami.  The resort and club, owned and operated by the well-known political family of Florida Senator Bob Graham, is also the home to the original Shula's Steak House.  The Graham family retained the services of Kipp Schulties during the winter of 1998/99 to develop a plan to redesign the redevelop the features of the golf course (greens, tees and bunkers) during the summer of 1999.

The 1994 Caribbean Resort of the Year as voted by Lifestyle and Travel magazine, the Mount Irvine Golf Club had fallen into disrepair over many years. This former host of the famous Johnnie Walker Invitational and Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf retained Kipp Schulties to develop a program of much needed improvements to the golf course (yet to be implemented).

The golf course at Harmony Mountain Estate was designed and constructed by Kipp Schulties as a matrix type golf course that is played in two directions.  The course, built during the winter of 2002, is for the sole use by the owner of the estate along with invited guests that stay at the lodge.

Ligonier Country Club, located just up the hill from Arnold Palmer's boyhood home at Laural Valley Country Club, needed to make several course playability improvements.  The Club retained Kipp Schulties to design and implement those changes during the fall and winter of 2001 / 2002.

Addison Reserve Country Club is one of the truly elite golf course/residential communities in all of South Florida.  Originally constructed in 1995, the signature Arthur Hills designed golf course was lacking in visual character and definition while in need of greens and irrigation upgrade.  The Club contracted with Kipp Schulties in 2005 to develop the golf course master plan that was implemented during the summer of 2007.

Ironhorse Country Club is a 20 year old facility on the west end of Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  Made famous by the book "Driving the Green", Ironhorse retained golf course architect Kipp Schulties in the fall of 2005 to oversee the redevelopment of the golf course to give it a boost of visual character along with a functioning drainage and irrigation system.

Lost Tree Club, located on the northern end of Singer Island in North Palm Beach, Florida, is home for the legendary Jack Nicklaus.  Kipp Schulties was retained by Lost Tree Club in 2001 to work in tandem with Jack Nicklaus on the complete redesign of the golf course during the summer of 2002.

Carolina National Golf Club was the third Fred Couples designed golf course in the United States and the second Couples golf course designed by Kipp Schulties in 1997.  Carolina National is located near Southport, North Carolina just upstream from Cape Fear and the Atlantic Ocean.

The Boca Raton Resort & Club, following a very successful redesign of their Resort course in 1997, contracted directly with architect Kipp Schulties to provide a needed upgrade to the features of the Resort's Country Club golf course during the summer of 1999.
